  • 34 Homes Closed

  • 69 Pending Sales

  • 40 Weeks of Inventory

👉 More homes are sitting on the market longer, giving buyers time to shop around. Sellers are still closing deals but need to stay sharp on pricing and presentation.

  • 135 Active Listings

  • 45 New Listings (lots of fresh options!)

  • 18 Closed Sales

  • 63 Median Days on Market (much longer than last year)

  • $901,500 Median Sold Price (prices are climbing)

📌 Takeaway: Salida is busy with new listings. Even though closings slowed down, prices are still on the rise — demand for the area remains strong.

  • 120 Active Listings

  • 24 New Listings

  • 11 Closed Sales (down quite a bit from last year)

  • 37 Median Days on Market

  • $735,000 Median Sold Price

📌 Takeaway: Fewer homes are closing in BV, but values are steady. With inventory building, buyers may find more room to negotiate.
